Daniel J. Palasciano

Daniel J. Palasciano graduated from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona with a B.A. degree in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 1997 graduating cum laude, and earning numerous other academic honors. Daniel also completed internships with the United States Bankruptcy Court and the City Attorney during his law school tenure.

After graduation, Daniel worked as a law school administrator and adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson. He then began his Workers’ Compensation practice on the defense side which included representing numerous public entities and private insurers. Daniel has specialized in Workers’ Compensation law since 2002, and joined the Law Offices of Scott O’Mara in 2010.
